What is Insulated Concrete Formwork?

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are permanent formwork for concrete, which provide superior building insulation and air tightness values for the life of the building. Using the thermal mass values of concrete, buildings which are constructed of ICF will outperform traditional build methods as they gain and lose less heat through the climate cycle.
